Framework is expanding re:frame into a major three-month Los Angeles series for the 2026–27 winter season, with more than 25 nights of house and techno programming scheduled from December through February.
The second season of re:frame represents a substantial expansion of the concept, turning Reframe Studios into a recurring destination for internationally touring electronic artists across one of the busiest stretches of the Los Angeles nightlife calendar.
Framework Expands re:frame for Season 2
Season 2 dramatically increases the scope of the series, with more than 25 events stretching across December 2026, January 2027 and February 2027.
The programming includes ZHU, Black Book Records, Drumcode, Bedouin’s SAGA, Nora En Pure, Duke Dumont, Sasha & John Digweed, deadmau5, Nic Fanciulli & Paco Osuna, Layton Giordani, Dennis Cruz, Cassian, Hot Since 82, Carlita, Damian Lazarus and other international electronic artists.
Rather than functioning as a single festival or an occasional warehouse event, re:frame is developing into a sustained seasonal series built around a recurring venue, promoter and production concept.
Framework and Goldenvoice Continue to Scale Their Los Angeles Programming
The size of Season 2 also arrives amid Framework’s increasingly extensive collaboration with Goldenvoice.
The two promoters have worked together on a growing number of major Los Angeles electronic-music events, including large outdoor productions and unconventional venues. Their collaborations have extended Framework’s reach beyond traditional nightclub programming and into considerably larger event formats.
That relationship helps provide Framework with access to a broader range of venues, production resources and infrastructure capable of supporting events at substantially different scales.
The expansion of re:frame should therefore be viewed within a broader period of growth for Framework rather than as an isolated series of bookings. Framework is simultaneously developing a long-running soundstage series while continuing to participate in larger Los Angeles productions alongside Goldenvoice.
A Concentrated Run of Major Los Angeles Dates
One of the most prominent December events is Drumcode LA, led by label founder and techno veteran Adam Beyer. Drumcode has grown from a record label into one of techno’s most recognizable international event brands.
December also includes Nora En Pure, whose melodic and deep-house sound adds another dimension to a season spanning techno, house, melodic electronic music and larger crossover bookings.
The January schedule becomes especially dense. Framework lists Sasha & John Digweed for January 8, Nic Fanciulli & Paco Osuna for January 15 and a four-hour extended set from Layton Giordani on January 22.
Dennis Cruz follows on January 23, with Cassian scheduled for January 29.
February continues with Hot Since 82 on February 5, followed later in the month by additional programming including Damian Lazarus and Tripolism.
The concentration of internationally touring artists is notable because many of these acts would ordinarily appear in Los Angeles as individual headline bookings. By placing numerous major names within a recurring winter schedule, Framework is effectively establishing a seasonal house-and-techno destination within the city.
Reframe Studios Becomes a Recurring Electronic-Music Destination
Reframe Studios gives Framework a different kind of platform from a conventional nightclub. The adaptable soundstage environment allows the promoter to modify production, lighting, staging and visual presentation while retaining a recognizable location and series identity.
The first re:frame season established the venue as a recurring electronic-music space. Season 2 takes that model considerably further, extending programming across three months and bringing a larger collection of internationally established artists into the same venue.
The expanded programming also demonstrates how Framework can operate across several levels of the Los Angeles market at the same time — from club-oriented nights to soundstage events and major outdoor productions developed with Goldenvoice.
That flexibility has become an increasingly visible part of Framework’s strategy as it moves between traditional venues and temporary or unconventional event spaces.
What the Expansion Means for the Los Angeles Market
The significance of re:frame Season 2 extends beyond the individual lineup.
Los Angeles already supports a dense ecosystem of nightclub programming, warehouse events, branded series and large-scale electronic productions. A three-month run containing more than 25 events adds another substantial block of house-and-techno programming to an already competitive market.
It also concentrates a significant number of internationally touring headliners into a relatively short period. That can influence artist routing, Los Angeles exclusivity windows, repeat-market timing and the availability of comparable artists for competing events.
Layton Giordani, Dennis Cruz and Hot Since 82, for example, are all scheduled within approximately two weeks of one another during January and early February. Although each occupies a somewhat different part of the house-and-techno spectrum, their audiences can overlap considerably.
That density makes re:frame Season 2 relevant not only as a consumer event series but also as an indication of how aggressively major electronic-music programming is expanding in Los Angeles.
A Promoter-Led Seasonal Residency
Framework has increasingly operated across multiple event formats in Southern California, ranging from nightclub programming to outdoor events, temporary locations, soundstages and large-scale productions.
The expansion of re:frame adds another model: a recurring seasonal series where the promoter and venue provide the continuity while individual headline artists rotate throughout the calendar.
That distinction may be the most significant part of Season 2. Framework is not simply announcing another collection of shows. It is building a recurring Los Angeles destination around its own programming identity while simultaneously working with Goldenvoice on an expanding portfolio of larger productions.
